Rev. Robert Caridi

"As a pastor, I find no greater delight in seeing people mature in their faith, growing in Christ, and taking that and going into their sphere of influence and helping others come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. I see that manifesting itself through being involved in the community around us on Long Island, whether it's by ministering on the streets, or even something as simple as lending a helping hand to those in need in our own church. We're truly a community here at Neighborhood. My goal as a pastor is to bring people into this loving, wonderful community of believers and raise this community to grow so that they too can be passionate about Christ and leading others to Him."

Rev. jordan parker, youth pastor

"The goal of the Church should be to be intentional in shaping future generations and I want to help achieve that as a youth pastor. It excites me so much to invest in the students that come into our church and to get to know them. I love inviting people into something that's so much bigger than themselves. I became saved in my senior year of high school, so I understand how foundational it is for these students to build a loving relationship with God in middle and high school. As a youth pastor, I want to do that by building unconditional relationships with the students that come into our church, caring for them, loving on them and truly hearing them."
